Springs Fire Burns 4,176 Acres Near Moreno Valley, Forces 2,200 Home Evacuations

The Springs Fire ignited around 11 a.m. and ballooned to more than 4,100 acres within hours.

Evacuation orders were issued for approximately 2,200 homes across nine zones.
